BEACH FRONT BLUE is a 2 bedroom holiday house that accommodates up to 5 guests and is absolute beachfront.

Sit out the front enjoying the stunning views or sit out the back and enjoy the combustion wood fire!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, freestanding electric oven, dining, lounge area with TV, split system reverse cycle air conditioner, views of the bay.

Main bedroom with ceiling fan, built in robe and views of the bay.

Second bedroom with built in robe.

Bathroom with vanity, bath and a walk in shower and separate w/c.

Laundry with top loading washing machine.

Outdoor Sitting area with gas BBQ, outdoor lounges and combustion fire (BYO Wood)

Room for the Boat in the drive way.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel.
