CATCH 'N' RELAX is a 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with only a short walk to the Tavern.
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas cooktop, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods)
Open plan dining and lounge area with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, TV, sliding door near dining that leads to the back deck, access to front deck via lounge area.
Main bedroom with ensuite, walk-in robe, sliding door to front deck. All bedrooms with ceiling fans, bedroom with single bed has a TV.
Main bathroom with full size bath, separate shower, vanity and separate w/c. Laundry with sink, no washing machine.
Front and rear deck with ramp, front deck with outdoor setting and bbq.
Plenty of room for parking and the boat, access to rear yard.
Shed not for use
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 1 bunk plus single, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - single.
Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
No smoking inside
NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond
