Open plan Kitchen with large fridge/freezer and microwave, dining area with reverse cycle air-conditioner, spacious. lounge with TV/DVD.

Bathroom with vanity, shower and separate small bath. Separate w/c. Laundry with front load washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Large hooded gas BBQ, shaded outdoor area with outdoor setting, secure back yard.

Fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for cars and boat.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen - bed 2 - queen plus bunk, bed 3 - queen, lounge area - double sofa bed.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
