3 by the Sea at Coobowie Unit 2 is one of three units that have two bedrooms, accommodate up to five guests. Close to the beach, playground, tennis courts and within walking distance to the hotel.

Open plan kitchenette, dining/living area with fridge/freezer, microwave, large air fryer toaster, kettle, toastie machine, electric frypan, and more, and a dining table, TV and DVD player, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, three seater lounge and a small selection of DVDs and games.

Two bedrooms, both with wardrobes, a fan, and lights.

Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, and water closet.

Small outdoor area with table/chairs, flat top gas BBQ.
