Open plan dining with ceiling fan and reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, sliding doors that open on to an undercover decked area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Lounge with TV, DVD and Play Station for the kids. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - double bed, bedroom 2 - queen bed plus bunk, bedroom 3 - Tri-Bunk(double on bottom, single on top) plus single bed.
Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath, separate w/c.
Need to bring your own linen

Laundry with washing machine. Enclosed backyard, covered fish cleaning facility, undercover Parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for your boat. Boaties will need to bring your own hose to flush out your boat motors.
