B & B ON YORKES is a 2 storey holiday home on the Esplanade between Edithburgh and Sultana Point, accommodates up to 10 guests, with plenty of room for parking . Double driveway at front of property with access to another driveway at the rear of the property. Free Wifi

Upstairs:
Bar area with sink, Bar table and stools. Reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Living area with lounge, large Smart TV.
Balcony with sea views. Egg chairs, tall bar table/stools.
2 bedrooms, main with ensuite, sliding door leading out to balcony. Separate w/c.

Downstairs:
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, sandwich press, slow cooker, air fryer, coffee bar with coffee pod machine.
Dining area with table/chairs, wine barrel with 4 stools, smart TV, reverse cycle air-conditioner. Sliding door leading out to front undercover seating area, small lawned area.
2 bedrooms both with fan/lights.
Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board.
Small rear yard with clothesline, fish cleaning facility, lawned area.
