Sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults), the property offers 4 modern bedrooms. The top level features a master king suite with ensuite and private balcony, plus a second king bedroom and a trio bunk room. A double sofa bed in the master bedroom provides extra flexibility. On the lower level, a queen bedroom is located next to a main bathroom with laundry facilities. Quilts, blankets and pillows are supplied, with optional linen hire available.

Three well-appointed bathrooms span the home, including the master ensuite, a bathroom with shower over bath, and a lower-level bathroom. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

The middle level is the central living space, offering an elegant open plan lounge with smart TV and WiFi, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, and an all-season dining area with a Weber Q.
