Calm Waters is a 4 bedroom property that sleeps up to eight, located in the housing development halfway between Port Hughes and Moonta Bay, just a short walk to the beach.

Capable of sleeping up to 8 people, Calm Waters has 4 bedroom (King, Queen, 2 king single, 2 single), linen hire available.

Calm Waters is a large, spacious, modern holiday house with 2 lounge areas. There are two bathrooms, one with a spa. With flat areas and no steps, it is ideal for family groups, young or elderly guests.

The property offers a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and large double fridge with freezer. There are two separate lounge areas with large televisions, DVD players and radio with Ipod docking station with USB port. There is reverse-cycle air conditioning with ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Outside the secure rear yard provides off-street parking for a boat. The sheltered outdoor pergola area has a dining table with chairs and a barbecue. There is a portable fish cleaning table provided at the rear of the house.
