Upstairs features a light-filled open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining space, and comfortable lounge. Step onto the front balcony and enjoy distant Gulf views while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The upper level also includes a luxurious master bedroom with private ensuite and a convenient guest powder room.
Downstairs offers a second living area, three generous bedrooms, and a beautifully appointed bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, separate toilet, and vanity. A double sofa bed is available on request.
Guests can enjoy ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi streaming services, books, board games, DVDs, and luxury toiletries. A Nespresso machine, starter tea and coffee supplies, and essential kitchen items are also provided.
Outside, there is a BBQ and outdoor dining area, plus ample off-street parking for cars, boats, trailers, and caravans. Linen is fully supplied, including sheets, towels, quilts, and pillows.
