COUNTRY COMFORT is a lovely 5 bedroom Holiday Home with excellent sea views and accommodates up to 10 guests. Unique property just on the outskirts of Edithburgh.

Open plan Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic cooktop, moveable island bench, large pantry, dining table, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, lounge with sea views, large smart TV, no dvd.

Main bedroom with seaviews, ceiling fan, built in robe, ensuite with shower, vanity & w/c, 2nd bedroom with sea views no fan, 3rd bedroom with seaviews ceiling van & built in robe, 4th bedroom with ceiling fan, built in robe, 5th bedroom with ceiling fan and reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

Main bathroom with full size bath, shower, vanity, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, sink and bench top.

Large undercover rear area with outdoor setting, hooded BBQ, large fenced rear yard.

Access to small shed with lounge, TV, dining table and chairs.

Plenty of room for parking and boats.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. (please note - single beds have comforters not quilts)
