Deckadence seafront is a charming 3 bedroom beach house with amazing views and seafront position. Fantastic location just 80 metres to the Tidal swimming pool and walking distance to all facilities.

Seafront has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with views from all windows. A TV, DVD, AC, blue tooth speaker, dishwasher and a nespresso machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wi fi available.

Bedding configuration-
- Main bedroom - queen bed.
- 2nd bedroom - queen bed
- 3rd bedroom -2 singles beds (bunk) and a double bed. This room has a TV/DVD.
Wi fi available free of charge, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, bathmats and tea towels are provided.

Clients need to bring fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases and towels. There is a large bathroom with double vanity, shower and a separate toilet. The large laundry has a drinks fridge, washing and drying machine.

The well protected undercover verandah provides a great spot for the family BBQ, with 180 degree sea views. Golf course across road, sea, tidal pool and bike /walking track at your doorstep.

There is a well lit fish cleaning station and ample room with 2 driveways for cars and boats. Dogs allowed by prior arrangement and are safe in a fenced off yard.
