DUNE SEA is a spacious 2 storey holiday home, beachfront, accommodates 6 guests. An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway!

Open plan living area - Kitchen fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas cook top, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods), kettle, toaster. Dining area with table/chairs, ceiling fan/light, lounge area with lounges, ceiling fan/light. Patio with outdoor setting, BBQ. 2 bedrooms, both with ceiling fan/lights, main with ensuite with vanity, shower and w/c. Separate w/c and vanity. Laundry with front loading washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs:
Lounge area with lounge, smart TV , doors leading out to balcony. 2 bedrooms, both with built in robes and ceiling fan/lights. Main bathroom with separate vanity, separate w/c, separate walk-in shower and bath. Separate w/c and vanity. Driveway and double carport for parking. Shed not for guests use. Black Point is a small seaside settlement which offers a beautiful sandy beach, swimming, fishing, sailing, boating and crabbing, making it a popular destination for families and holiday makers.
