EDITHBURGH SEA VIEWS is a lovely 2 storey holiday home on the Esplanade between Edithburgh and Sultana Point, accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests with plenty of room for parking and the boat!
Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine (BYO pods). Dining area with table/chairs, highchair, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, living area with 3 seater plus 2 seater lounges, large smart TV, sound bar, doors leading out to the balcony with outdoor setting, Weber Q BBQ, excellent views of the ocean, fisherman's jetty, Sultana Point and Troubridge Island.
Extra w/c with vanity.
Main bedroom has a TV and DVD, ensuite with vanity, bath, walk-in shower and w/c, door leading out to balcony.
Downstairs:
Living area with pool table, TV, radio/cd player, day bench, chairs, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
