Francie Ray is a 2 bedroom holiday home that accommodates a maximum of 7 guests. Only a short walk to the beach, free Wifi and dog friendly! An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway!
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and stove top, microwave, kettle, percolator (BYO ground coffee), coffee, tea bags, sugar, toaster toasty machine.
Dining area with retro dining table/chairs, lounge area with 3 x 2 seater lounges,ceiling fan/light, wood combustion heater (BYO wood), smart TV, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
High chair and baby bath available.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough.
Iron and ironing board.
Undercover area on side of house with hooded gas BBQ, outdoor setting, children's table/chairs, 2 hammock chairs. Under front verandah there is a small round table with chairs.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 1 x single bunk plus 1 x tri-bunk (double on bottom-single on top)
Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
