Gilmore Retreat is a spacious two-storey waterfront holiday home in Wallaroo, offering modern comfort, marina views and relaxed coastal living for families and groups. With multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, it's an ideal base for exploring the Copper Coast and enjoying a serene Yorke Peninsula escape.

Sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults), Gilmore Retreat features four bedrooms: three upstairs including two queen rooms and a bunk room (top bunks for children only), plus a downstairs queen bedroom, and all linen is included. Three bathrooms provide convenience across both levels, including an upstairs ensuite, main bathroom with bath, powder room, and a downstairs semi-ensuite.

Guests can unwind in the upstairs lounge with comfortable seating, large television, Xbox 360, games and balcony access overlooking the marina. Downstairs, the open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with butler's pantry, dining space and lounge leading to the waterfront outdoor entertaining area. Reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning is provided throughout, along with WiFi.

Outdoor features include a hooded gas barbeque, secure yard and direct marina frontage with an 8-metre pontoon offering power, water and tie-ups. Parking is available with a garage for one vehicle and additional driveway space for three, including room for a boat.

Located close to North Beach, Coopers Alehouse and Wallaroo's shops and dining, Gilmore Retreat is perfectly positioned for a relaxing coastal getaway.
