Helios Heights is a spacious two-storey holiday home that is a short walk to beautiful Simms Cove beach!

Upstairs: Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), air fryer, sandwich press. Dining area with eight seater table & chairs. Lounge area with L-shaped lounge, two-seater, coffee table, smart TV, sound bar, and reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
Double doors lead out to the balcony with a large table/chairs, a Weber Q BBQ, and stairs leading down to the rear yard.
Bathroom with vanity and water closet.
Child gates for the top and bottom.
Downstairs:
Open plan kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, lounge area with lounge, smart TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Main bedroom with ensuite - vanity, shower, w/c, all 3 bedrooms air-conditioners.
Main bathroom with vanity, shower, bath, w/c.
Laundry with washing machine, iron/ironing board.
High chair and portacot available.
Bed configuration - Downstairs: bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x tri-bunks (doubles on bottom, singles on top)
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Fully fenced graveled rear yard with plumbed fish cleaning facility.
