Hilltopia is a 2 story, 4 bedroom beachfront holiday home. Accommodates 8 guests, located in beautiful Black Point.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, coffee pod machine with frother (BYO pods), air fryer, sandwich press.
Dining area with table/chairs, lounge area with lounge, smart TV. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
Vanity with separate w/c.
Balcony with sea views, outdoor lounge, 2 tables/bench seats.

4 bedrooms main has an ensuite. All bedrooms have built-in-robes.
Main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity, w/c. European style laundry with front loading washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Living area with lounge , smart TV, pool table, bench seat, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, sitting area with 2 chairs.
Undercover patio with outdoor table.chairs, hooded gas BBQ, lawned area, fire pit (BYO wood) to be used in non fire season only.
Gate to beach access.
Double driveway, open single carport. Roller door side not for guests use.
Bed configuration - Downstairs - main bed 1 - king, bed 2 - single. Upstairs - bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - single.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat/tea towels.
