Jacob's Place is a neat and comfortable two-bedroom holiday shack that accommodates up to five guests and is situated right on the beachfront.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, freestanding electric stove, and fridge/freezer, and flows into the dining and living areas. The living area features a reverse cycle air-conditioner, a combustion heater (bring your own wood), a TV, and an iPod dock with Bluetooth and aux cord. The bathroom includes a vanity, shower, and toilet.

Outside, there is a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting where guests can sit and enjoy the beautiful views. There is plenty of parking available for cars and boats, and the boat ramp is just a short drive away.

The bed configuration includes a queen bed in the first bedroom and a queen bed plus a single bed in the second bedroom. Guests need to bring their own bedding, including pillows, quilts/doonas, pillowcases, top and bottom sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

Smoking is not permitted inside the shack, and the shed is not for use. Pets are not allowed, including visiting pets, and any pets sighted or evidence of pets at the property will result in the loss of the bond.
