LOFTY'S SHACK - is a lovely new 3 bedroom holiday home located on the outskirts of Edithburgh with only a minutes drive to the centre of town. Accommodates up to a maximum of 7 guests, plenty of parking and the boat. Free Wifi available!
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven - gas stove top, microwave, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods), kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dining with 8 seating table and chairs, high chair, living area with smart TV, DVD player, L shaped lounge. Sitting area with lounge and CD player/radio.
Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout.
Main bedroom has a lounge chair, walk in wardrobe, ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a bassinet, 2 door closet, bedroom 3 has a single chair and 2 door closet. Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, separate w/c.
Laundry with front-loading washing machine.
Rear undercover deck with outdoor setting, hooded 4 burner BBQ.
Rear gravelled yard with fire pit– winter-use only - BYO wood.
Fish cleaning facility.
No boat washing at property – wash your boat at the caravan park for a minimal cost.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
