Nelson House is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 9 guests with only a short walk to the beach and Tavern.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric freestanding stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric frypan, electric hand mixer, dining table/chairs, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Separate lounge with corner lounge suite plus 2 x 2 seater lounges, coffee table, bean bags, TV, DVD, ceiling fan, combustion heater (BYO wood).

Bathroom with vanity, shower over full size bath, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine, laundry trough.

Small TV and DVD in bunk room.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - QB, bed 2 - QB, bed 3 - 1 single bunk plus1 Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top)

Pillows and quilts/doonas are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels

Fully fenced rear yard, undercover area with outdoor setting, hooded gas BBQ.

Fish cleaning facility, clothesline.

Separate rear room not for guests use.

No smoking inside.

No pets - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond
