Neo's Nook is a beautiful 3-bedroom holiday home, with a separate games room, a large verandah to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views. Accommodates seven guests with a maximum of 6 adults, as the top bunk is for children only.

Open-plan kitchen with a side-by-side fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, dishwasher, Expressi coffee machine , toaster, and kettle.
Dining area with table/chairs, TV, and a gas heater. Lounge area with large smart TV, lounge, gas fireplace, bean bags. 3 bedrooms-main has a 2-way ensuite, WIR, the other two bedrooms have built-in robes, bunk room - top bunk-children only. Iron and ironing board.
Main bathroom with vanity, shower with grab rail, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer, laundry trough. Separate games room with pool table, basketball game, lounge, extra fridge/freezer.
Beachside verandah with outdoor setting, double hammock, gas BBQ, sea views. Table/chairs in the open, firepit (BYO wood). Fenced yard-roadside with verandah, outdoor seating, lawn area.
