Nevah Barc is a spacious three-bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to six guests and is conveniently located just a short walk from the shops and jetty.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine (bring your own pods). The lounge is equipped with a reverse cycle air-conditioner, flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and radio. There is also a detached games room with a pool table for entertainment.

The bathroom features a vanity, shower, and full-size bath, with a separate toilet. The laundry includes a washing machine, a spare small fridge, and a chest freezer.

Outside, there is a gas BBQ with a hood in the undercover outdoor area, complete with an outdoor setting and a secure yard.

The bed configuration includes a queen bed in each of the three bedrooms. Pillows and quilts are provided, but guests need to bring their own linen, including pillowcases, top and bottom sheets, towels, and bath mats.

Pets are not allowed, including visiting pets, and any pets sighted at the property will result in the loss of the bond. The shed is not available for use.
