OUR LITTLE BEACH HOUSE is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with the advantage of being both located opposite a quiet reserve and only a short walk to the beach.

Open plan modern kitchen with cook top, no oven but there is a convention and grill microwave, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods ). Dining and a living area with reverse cycle air-conditioner, large smart TV, bluetooth speakers, views of the ocean. Free Wifi

Bathroom with double bowl vanity, full size bath, walk in shower, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer.

Large sliding door in dining area opens to the back yard with BBQ.

Off street parking for a car and boat.

A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Tiddy Widdy which is located just around the corner. It's a small quiet beachside settlement just north of Ardrossan. Ardrossan has facilities such as Drakes Foodland, Bottle shop, Newsagency, Bakery, Bank and a Hotel.
