Point Break is a spacious two-storey beachfront holiday house at Black Point, offering uninterrupted views of the Gulf St Vincent. Ideal for families or friends, it sleeps up to seven guests (maximum six adults) across three bedrooms, including two queen rooms and a third bedroom with a double and single bed.

Enjoy year-round comfort with reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and two separate living areas. The upstairs open-plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen opens to a large undercover balcony—perfect for outdoor dining with sea views. The kitchen features a dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine, breadmaker and more.

With three bathrooms, multiple toilets, and a laundry with washer, Point Break is designed for convenience. Entertainment includes TVs on both levels, board games, books, and outdoor games. Outside, unwind by the fire pit (seasonal use), or cook on the hooded gas BBQ.

Located right on the beachfront, the house has direct access to Walk the Yorke trail and is a 2-minute stroll to the sand. The yard offers off-street parking for up to four vehicles and boat space, with the boat ramp just minutes away.

Centrally positioned on Yorke Peninsula, Point Break is the perfect base to explore Ardrossan, Port Vincent and Stansbury. A true coastal escape.
