Located in a prime beachfront position on Marine Parade, Port Vincent Seaside Apartments offer stylish coastal accommodation just moments from the town centre. Apartment 4 is situated on the upper level on the northern side of the complex and enjoys elevated views across the bay.

Apartment 4 has three bedrooms comprising two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two singles and two trundles, sleeping up to eight guests. All bedrooms include wall-mounted televisions. Quilts and pillows are provided, with guests able to bring their own linen or hire linen.

The apartment includes an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, plus a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Ducted air-conditioning throughout provides year-round comfort.

The open plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, flowing into the lounge and dining areas. The adjoining balcony offers outdoor seating, a dining table, hooded gas barbecue and sea views across the bay.

A full internal laundry is provided. Guests also have access to a shared undercover fish cleaning area and an outdoor beach shower. One allocated off-street car park is included, with additional street parking available.
