Retirement in Whiting is a comfortable three-bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to eight guests. The third bedroom is a screened area in the living room (please refer to photos). It is just a short walk to the beach.

The open-plan kitchen includes a microwave, fridge/freezer, benchtop stove, and oven. The dining and lounge area features a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, TV/DVD, and a screened area with a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a vanity and shower, with a separate toilet. The laundry is equipped with a top-loading washing machine and an extra fridge.

The undercover rear outdoor area includes an outdoor setting and a hooded BBQ. There is also an outdoor stove and crab pot for crab cooking, as well as a fish cleaning facility.

The bed configuration is as follows: the first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a tri-bunk plus a single bed, and the third bedroom (screened area in the living room) has a queen bed. Pillows and quilts are provided, but guests need to bring their own linen, including pillowcases, top and bottom sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

There is plenty of room for parking and a boat. The garage is not for use. Dogs are allowed, and the yard is fully fenced, though the front fencing is around 900mm high.
