Sleeping up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults), Retreat on Timaru features four bedrooms – a king bedroom with ensuite upstairs, two queen bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with two trio bunks downstairs. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, with optional linen hire available.

Guests can enjoy multiple living spaces, including an upstairs lounge with leather recliners, electric fireplace and large television, plus a second lounge and a games room with air hockey, foosball, pinball and arcade games.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and there are indoor and outdoor dining areas for entertaining. Step out onto the upstairs balcony or relax on the rear deck, complete with barbecue, pizza oven, drinks fridge, fire pit, Bali hut, basketball court, sauna and swim spa.
