Sandy Feet Retreat is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 6 guests with only a short walk to the beach. With a playground across the road, plenty of room for the cars and boat, ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula holiday for the family!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/stove top, microwave, Delonghi coffee maker (BYO ground coffee), coffee plunger, rice cooker, dining area with table/chairs, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, living area with 2 x 2 seater loungers plus a single recliner, coffee table, TV(non smart), DVD/VHS player, sliding door leading out to front patio with small table and 2 chairs.

Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, full size bath, separate w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, bar fridge, laundry trough, iron and ironing board.

Sliding door from dining area leads out to the rear covered patio area with outdoor setting, weber Q gas BBQ, fully fenced rear yard.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside
