The Studio faces stunning views of the everchanging Samphire Coast intertidal beach and St Vincent Gulf at Thompson Beach. The property borders Winaityinaityi Pangkara - Adelaide International Bird Sanctuary Park and overlooks the natural habitat and gulf to the South Hummock Ranges.

The property is a hidden secret with stunning uninterrupted views of sunsets and sunrises and the ever-changing tidal environment.

Walk the Winaityinaityi Pangkara - Adelaide International Bird Sanctuary’s southern and northern trails at Thompson Beach. Experience the tidal water movement of the nearby lake and spend time in the lives of the migratory shorebirds, water birds and bush birds.

The studio has western, northern and eastern facing balconies and bifold doors allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural environment. The studio really is the ultimate in unwinding and spending time in this pristine natural coastline in comfort.

The Studio is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, leather lounge, dining table and chairs, Natuzzi leather recliner chairs and a purpose built, step up platform queen size bed to take in the magnificent views.
