THE BEACH HOUSE is a lovely 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 8 guests. Located on the esplanade at Sultana Point, sea views from the balcony with the beautiful Sultana Point beach across the road.

Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, DeLonghi MagnificaS coffee machine (BYO coffee beans), Breville Kitchen Wizz, sandwich press, large stock pot.
Dining with table and chairs, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, fan/light.
Living area with lounges, coffee tables, ceiling fan.
Balcony with cane outdoor settings beautiful views of the bay.
Main bedroom with ceiling fan, door leading out to deck.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate vanity and separate w/c.

Downstairs:
Living area with kitchenette - fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and sink, iron and ironing board.
Pool table.
2 lounges, TV, XBOX/DVD player, small table plus 4 chairs, ceiling fans.
3 bedrooms all with fan/lights.
Bathroom with vanity, shower over bath, w/c.
Laundry with top loading washing machine and laundry trough.

Bed configuration - Upstairs: bed 1 - queen. Downstairs: bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - double.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
