The Gap Campground is located approximately 28km from Maitland – follow Spencer Highway and then turn left onto Gap Road, which will deliver you at the campground.

This campground is quite large with many smaller defined campsites, tucked behind the dunes and amongst vegetation for protection and privacy. Great access to the beach for pedestrians and vehicles. Road rules apply, so vehicles must be registered. Vehicles are not allowed in the dune areas.

Surrounding area great for swimming, fishing, walking, kayaking and boating.

The closest bin bank and dump point are at Maitland Oval. Maitland has many facilities, including: a supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, hotel, petrol station, police station, museum, ATMs, hospital, various shops, skate park, playground, Visitor Information Outlet and much more.
