Designed for refined coastal living, the home features four spacious upstairs queen bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Quilts and pillows are provided, with linen available to hire through Country Getaways. Two elegant upstairs bathrooms include a master ensuite with walk-in shower and a main bathroom with bath and separate shower, plus a third toilet located downstairs.

Year-round comfort is assured with reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, excellent natural airflow and expansive glass windows that capture the marina and eastern coastline. The upstairs mezzanine provides a tranquil viewing space overlooking the marina and Gulf St Vincent.

The beautifully appointed living area includes a large smart television with Netflix, complimentary WiFi, curated games and books. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, wine fridge and a generous dining setting for ten.

Outdoor entertaining is a standout, with waterfront deck seating, sheltered courtyard, Weber Q barbecue and direct pontoon access. Guests can moor their boat, fish from the pontoon and enjoy on-site fish cleaning facilities and a crab cooker.
