The Matt Shack is a cozy three-bedroom holiday home located on the main street, just a 10-minute walk from the main shopping area, and accommodates up to eight guests.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, and two coffee machines—one for coffee grounds (BYO) and the other for large Caffitaly pods (BYO). The dining and lounge area features a TV, DVD player, and reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and bathtub, with a separate w/c. The laundry has a sink and top-loading washing machine.

The fully enclosed rear yard offers an outdoor setting and BBQ, perfect for relaxing.

Port Vincent is ideal for fishing, boating, and sailing, and offers a variety of shops, take-away options, and excellent hotel dining facilities.

The bed configuration includes a queen bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed plus a bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed in the third bedroom. Pillows and quilts are provided, but guests need to bring their own linen, including pillowcases, sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

The garage is not available for use. Smoking is not permitted inside, and pets are not allowed, including visiting pets. Any pets sighted at the property will result in the loss of the bond.
