THE PALMS HOUSE & UNIT is perfect accommodation for 2 or 3 families, large enclosed yard, plenty of room for parking and your boat.

House - 3 bedrooms, accommodates 8 guests - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining, lounge area with TV, DVD, slow combustion heater (BYOwood) and ducted air-conditioning. A second lounge room/kids retreat with TV, VCR and videos. Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer and sink.

Unit - 3 bedrooms, accommodates 6 guests - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 bunk, Bedroom 3 - 1 bunk, open plan tiled kitchen/dining/living area with microwave, fridge/freezer, TV and air-conditioner. Bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c, top loading washing machine and laundry sink.

The property has an excellent shaded outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Large lawned area, fully fenced yard. Fishing cleaning facility.

Pillows and quilts provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside
