ZION ON YORKES is a comfortable downstairs 2 bedroom unit that accommodates up to a maximum of 5 guests with sea views. Close to the small fisherman jetty and only a minutes drive to the beautiful Sultana Point beach.

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, ceramic cook top/electric oven, dishwasher, pantry cupboard, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, no microwave. Dining area with table/chairs, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, living area with modular lounge, Smart TV - No Wifi.

Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough.
Front of unit has an undercover patio with picnic table, rear of unit has a fish cleaning facility, clothesline.

PLEASE NOTE: Boats are not to be washed at the property – you can wash your boat at the caravan park for a minimal cost.
Owners have the upstairs accommodation, the rear yard may be shared at times if they are over.
Shed not for guests use.
Guest driveway - as you are facing the Unit on the right hand side - left hand side strictly not for guests use.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
